Terms of Use
These terms govern use of EDU Suite, including teacher accounts, school workspaces, AI-assisted classroom content, imports, exports, subscriptions, manual payment activation, and support.

1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your use of JENECONK Education Suite. By creating an account, joining a school workspace, generating content, making payment, or using the platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to use the platform for the selected teacher or school purpose.
2. Service scope
EDU Suite provides teaching-workflow tools for schemes of work, lesson notes, lesson diagrams, assessments, answer keys, records of work, report comments, school reports, imports, exports, saved history, school administration, and related support.
The platform supports preparation and administration. It does not replace teacher judgment, school policy, ministry requirements, examination-board guidance, or professional review by qualified education authorities.
3. Accounts, school workspaces, and authority
- you are responsible for keeping your account and email access secure
- you must provide accurate registration, school, billing, and support information
- you must not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits, teacher-seat limits, or school controls
- school administrators are responsible for teacher invitations, role assignment, and school-side approval decisions
- teachers and schools must have authority to upload or enter student, curriculum, school, and classroom data
4. AI-assisted educational content
AI-generated schemes, lesson notes, diagrams, assessments, answer keys, report comments, and related outputs are drafts for educational support. You must review content before classroom use, publication, printing, sharing with parents, ministry inspection, or official school adoption.
Generated content may contain errors, omissions, unsuitable examples, outdated references, formatting issues, or assumptions based on the input supplied. Users remain responsible for checking facts, curriculum fit, dates, names, calculations, examples, student details, and school-specific requirements.
5. Plans, credits, quotas, and access
Features, teacher seats, exports, generation capacity, and usage limits depend on the active plan. Viewing or reopening saved content is different from requesting fresh AI generation. Subscription controls, quotas, and plan entitlements are part of normal platform operation.
Customers must not attempt to bypass usage limits, subscription checks, school permissions, payment controls, or security protections. If a plan expires or payment is not verified, access to paid features may be limited until a valid plan is activated.
6. Payments, activation, cancellation, and refunds
Prices and plan details are shown before payment. Paystack may be available where enabled. Manual transfers require the correct amount, reference, and proof sent through the approved JENECONK billing channel. A transfer screenshot alone is not final confirmation; access is activated only after JENECONK verifies the payment.
EDU Suite plans do not automatically renew unless a supported automatic-renewal payment method is expressly introduced and accepted. If a subscription period ends without verified renewal payment, paid access may expire or be limited.
Cancellation, failed payment, duplicate payment, support review, and refund handling are governed by the Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use EDU Suite to:
- misrepresent identity, payment authority, school authority, student records, or academic facts
- create deceptive, harmful, discriminatory, abusive, or unlawful content
- upload data you are not authorized to use
- bypass quotas, subscription limits, role controls, exports, payment checks, or security protections
- probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attack the platform or worker services
- share generated outputs in a way that violates school policy, privacy obligations, or applicable law
8. Availability, changes, and safeguards
We work to keep EDU Suite reliable, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. AI providers, internet connectivity, hosting providers, payment providers, maintenance, rate limits, or security events may affect generation, saving, export, or account access.
The platform may block or flag output, limit generation, suspend export, or ask for review where needed to protect classroom quality, prevent abuse, or maintain payment and security integrity.
9. Suspension or limitation
We may suspend, restrict, or investigate access where we reasonably suspect fraud, payment abuse, unlawful use, security risk, misuse of student data, attempted bypass of plan controls, or breach of these Terms.
10. Intellectual property and user content
JENECONK owns the platform, software, workflow logic, interface design, branding, templates, and original product structure. You retain responsibility for the information you submit and the classroom decisions you make using generated outputs.
By using the service, you grant JENECONK and necessary providers the limited permission required to store, process, generate, secure, support, export, and deliver the requested service.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, JENECONK is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user input, unreviewed AI output, school-side decisions, rejected school records, missed inspection deadlines, provider downtime, or use of content without appropriate review.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, JENECONK's aggregate liability arising from the affected subscription period or transaction will not exceed the amount actually paid for that affected period or transaction, unless applicable law requires a different remedy or limit.
12. Complaints, governing law, and disputes
Contact JENECONK first so we can review account, payment, usage, support, and audit records relevant to the issue. We aim to acknowledge complete complaints within 2 business days and provide an initial outcome or request for evidence within 10 business days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Unresolved disputes may be determined by a court with lawful jurisdiction in Nigeria.
