• school administrators are responsible for school-side management decisions made inside their workspace

JENECONK provides AI-assisted lesson notes, visuals, and reports. These outputs are meant to support teacher and school work, not replace professional review.

Users should review generated content before classroom use, printing, or distribution. Quality can vary by topic, clarity of input, available context, and service conditions.

You agree not to use the platform to:

• misrepresent identity or billing authority
• abuse usage limits or attempt to bypass subscription controls
• upload or submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
• interfere with the platform, worker services, or payment flows
• reuse school access outside the permissions granted by that school workspace

Features and monthly limits depend on the active plan. Free access is intended for preview and evaluation. Paid plans unlock broader classroom-ready use, including editing, saving, printing, and higher monthly capacity according to the plan rules shown in the product.

We aim to keep the service reliable, but generation speed, provider availability, third-party failures, payment issues, or maintenance can affect access from time to time.

The platform may reject a lesson or block export when the result drifts away from the requested lesson focus. That safeguard is part of normal service behavior and is meant to reduce wrong classroom output.

We may suspend, restrict, or investigate access where needed to protect billing integrity, prevent abuse, respond to security issues, or enforce these terms.

Users remain responsible for the content they submit. JENECONK and its licensors retain rights in the platform itself, including software, interface design, branding, and service workflows.

JENECONK is a productivity and support tool for educational work. It should not be treated as a substitute for teacher judgment, school policy, or local review requirements.
